Splendor Duel

Pre-Order Splendor Duel
The two-player adaptation of Splendor is currently available for pre-order on the Asmodee website. “The new common board has players drafting Gem, Gold and rare Pearl tokens from a 5x5 grid. Only allowed to draft up to 3 tokens in a consecutive line, taking tokens will create gaps in the board and will limit how many and what kind of token players will be able to take in future turns.”

Pegasus Spiele has announced a new board game, set for release this November. "Players run a national park and want to unite its animals in the largest families possible. Make sure that they find watering holes and that they completely fill many types of terrain. But beware, unpredictable weather can drive animals away, and the other players run their own parks and have a say in where certain species must go. Place your animals cleverly, carefully considering terrain and weather, and the best national park can be yours."

Town 66 (There Will Be Games): “Most games are full of excitement and while some are nerve-racking from the start, other times a game starts slowly and calmly and then builds up to a crescendo. It's such a quick game that you probably play it a few times in a single session. It's that addictive.”
