Deadly Dinner: The Last Rose

Deadly Dinner Series
Pegasus Spiele has launched a new series of dinner murder mystery games, beginning with the release of Red Carpet in Ruins and The Last Rose. "For a game of Deadly Dinner, a host invites the other players to dinner. All players take on the role of murder suspects. One of them committed the crime but all of them have secrets they would prefer to keep to themselves. Players have to work out each other’s secrets without becoming even more suspicious. Over the course of three rounds, they receive new information about the sequence of events. Individual players also receive secret objects that help them discover the background information of the deed. Players have to discuss information and clues to track down the murderer. Their goal is to solve the crime – or get away with it."

Reviews
Allegory (Board Game Halv): “Allegory has a great bidding mechanic and quick gameplay but the scoring and connection to the theme (which is lovely) are a bit of a disconnect so we can't say this is a classic for the ages.”
