- Passport Game Studios has announced they'll be releasing two games this week in partnership with Argentum Verlag. The first is Hansa Teutonica which has been out of print for five years and the second is Yunnan.
- Don't forget that this Saturday is International Tabletop Day. Play more games!
- Board games made it onto Buzzfeed this week in 19 Tabletop Games You’ll Actually Want To Play. (I wish there were only 19 games I wanted to play. Then I might actually be able to find time for them all.)
- New reviews this week of Musee (iSlaytheDragon), Evolution (Boards and Bees), and Sushi Go! (The Malted Meeple).
- A father and son duo in Los Angeles have worked together to design a game board that mixes trivia and debate in order to teach history, politics, and social issues. The game is titled Earth Encounters and it's interesting to see an educational game that doesn't just focus on memorizing the facts.
- The New Yorker has written a tongue-in-cheek article about some supposedly 'hot new board games'.
- Purple Pawn has published a preview to Evolution Flight.
- Purple Pawn is also hosting a giveaway for the dice-building game Quarriors. The deadline for entry is April 14th.
