Passport Game Studios has announced the release of They Who Were 8. "Players take actions that represent a bard’s retelling of the ancient story of They Who Were 8. They may also call upon the powers of their gods to control the narrative and establish their version of the saga as the one told for eternity."

New Monopoly Player Tokens
The results are in for the contest in which players voted on new Monopoly player tokens. "The Scottie dog, top hat, roadster car, cat, and battleship tokens will return. But the boot got the boot, and so did the wheelbarrow and the thimble. The three tokens will be replaced with a Tyrannosaurus rex, a rubber ducky and a penguin, the company said."

Atari Classics Become Board Games
Atari and IDW Games are teaming up to adapt some classic video games into board games. "First up is a Centipede board game, coming in fall 2017, followed by tabletop versions of Asteroids and Missile Command."
