USAopoly Announces Astro Trash
Astro Trash is a new real time, competitive dice game. "Rapidly roll the dice and follow the directives to clear your planet of the pieces being flung at you by neighbors to your left and right, who have their own sets of dice! Alert the table that you’ve done your planetorial duty by declaring “Clean!” the second you’ve out-trashed your opponents, then collect a Trash Trophy to flaunt your fastidiousness. The first player with three Trash Trophies wins the game!"

Blockbuster: The Game
Big Potato Games has released a party game themed around the old video rental chain Blockbuster. "In the Movie Buzzer Battle, both teams are given a topic, such as “Movies with dogs”. You start the 15s timer, yell out a relevant movie then whack the buzzer to reset the time. The other team is now in the hot seat and has to do the same[...]In Triple Charades Jeopardy, your team has to guess the movie, while you act it, use one word or quote from it."

Thundergryph Games Announces Hats
Hats is a two to four player card game, based on Alice in Wonderland's Mad Hatter and set for release at Gen Con later this year. When To Downsize Your Board Game Collection
iSlaytheDragon, in the next part of their series about board game collecting, looks at the question of when it's time to lose some games. "But since culling objects is even part of a cultural institution’s operation, like a museum, then it’s something we should consider for our own collections personally.  Here are some major parameters indicating that, perhaps, it just might be time for you to downsize."

Games that Play in Less than 15 Minutes
Screen Rant recommends ten games that play in fifteen minutes or less. "For parties, road trips, dates and good ol' killing time, sitting around the table with a two hour game isn't necessarily what you had in mind. These games can be won in less than 15 minutes, with very little set-up and easy concepts to learn for beginners."

Clue Becomes a Comic Book
The classic board game Clue has been adapted into a comic book miniseries, Clue: Candlestick, the first issue of which was released last month. The AV Club takes a look, and reviews the release. "Shaw makes a comic about the board game, incorporating the map, the game pieces, and a set of rules."
