Munchkin: Marvel Edition has been announced, there’s a life sized version of Candy Land in Ohio, and websites are posting their board game Christmas list suggestions.

Tasty Minstrel has new releases this month, Forbidden Desert will be developed for a board game app, and International Games Day @ Your Library is this Saturday.

Dice games are nicely represented this month, with three games on Kickstarter that feature various amounts of rolling the dice. Between that, looting vaults, and pitching films in a party game for 4 to 10 players, this month offers a wide variety of casual games seeking funding on Kickstarter.

Both Ares Games and IELLO have new games out this month, and Gamelyn Games is hosting a giveaway for a prototype of ther their new Tiny Epic game.

The fifth annual Jack Vasel Memorial Fund auction is in full swing, and it has already raised over $60,000. The auction is the primary fundraiser for the Jack Vasel Memorial Fund, which provides financial help for people in the board gaming community who face a catastrophic event not of their own making.

Calliope Games has announced they will be releasing a new edition of 12 Days, Hasbro has named the finalists for their party game contest, and Ghostbusters: The Board Game will be hitting shelves next week.
